RACK LIFTERS
This type of lifter has the feature to have, as means of movement transmission, a double series of tempered steel racks with inclined toeeh, opportunly dimensionated.
It is used specially in those cases where there is the need to lift low and middle class of weight, in working places where it is important the acoustic level of emissions and in appications which require also long stroke and high precision in positioning.
The mobile table can be equipped with whatever transport system, also provided of turning table.
The drive unit is assembled in the low part of the lifter, so to facilitate the interventions of maintenance, for which a couple of appropriate safety pins is forseen.
According to the weight of the load to lift, we have developed the following different sizes of belt lifters:
0-500 kg type ERL
500-1000 kg type ERM
1000-5000 kg type ERP
