This type of pick and place has a truck, able to move itself on a rectangle in plant, which has a vertical arm able to manipulate the load in vertical direction, from the ground until the greatest hight allowed by the building. 

At the end of the vertical arm there is a picking device for manipulating the load, suitable to the form to the features of the load itself, on which it is also possible to add other axes and freedom degrees. 

 

According to the weight of the load to manipulate, we have developed the following sizes of standard gantry system: 

 

       0-50 kg         - type  PRP

       50-150 kg    - type  PRM

       150-500 kg    - type  PRG

       500-1000 kg  - type  PRE
