LINEAR PICK AND PLACE SYSTEMS

This type of pick and place has a truck, able to move itself along a straight line in plant, which has a vertical arm able to manipulate the load in vertical direction, from the ground until the greatest hight allowed by the building. 

At the end of the vertical arm there is a picking device for manipulating the load, suitable to the form to the features of the load itself, on which it is also possible to add other axes and freedom degrees. 

 

According to the weight of the load to manipulate, we have developed the following sizes of linear standardized pick and place system: 

 

 

       0-50 kg                - type  PLP

       50-150 kg           - type  PLM

       150-500 kg           - type  PLG

       500-1000 kg         - type  PLE
