Vacum-forming MACHINERY
The range of our vacuum-forming machines is articulated in the following four series:
TLS: single station thermoformig machines, subdivided in two versions electromechanic one (TLSM) and pneumatic one (TLSP). It represents the basic thermoformig machine, with the minimum degree of automation and suitable for low productivity.
TLA: thermoformig machines with automatic loading and unloading system, subdivided in two versions electromechanic one (TLAM) and pneumatic one (TLAP). It represents the first evolution of the base, with a first degree of automation and suitable for medium/low productivity.
TLC: thermoformig machines with pre-heating station, subdivided in two versions: electromechanic one (TLCM) and pneumatic one (TLCP). It represents a further evolution of the TLA, with a more developed degree of automation and suitable for middle productivity.
TLI: thermoformig machines in line, realized anly in the electromechanic version, represents the ultimate and extreme evolution of the sheet thermoforming machines, with a high degree of automation and suitable for high productivity.
Besides thesee four standard series we are in able to manfature also special machinery for the plastic industry, on request of the customer.
