VACUUM-FORMING MACHINE SINGLE STATION - TLS TYPE
The thermoforming machines with one working station TLS type are particularly suitable for low and medium productions of plastic materials from sheets with a thickness from 1 to 15 mm, without limits in the external sizes.
This type of machine is made in two different versions, one with electromechanic drives (TLSM) and the other with pneumatic equipment (TLSP).
The worked material is both warmed and formed in the same station, using heating panels, moulds in positive or in negative and vacuum.
The forming cycle is automatic, except for the sheet loading and the moulded piece unloading, and it is controlled by a PLC and an high level operator panel, that controls all the automatisms and the diagnostic of the whole machine. The control system can be connected via ethernet or modem to our office for the tele-assistance service.
Moreover this machines are equipped with a very “user friendly” operator interface, which allows the operator to control in an immediate and safe way all the working parameters, also during the cycle, and to avoid the need of a cluttering ground basis or an uncomfortable keyboard.
The heating of the plstic sheet is made by means of one or two heating panels, placed like a sandwich, and made of electric heating elements, that are electronically controlled and diagnosticated one by one. Every heating elements is assembled inside a reflective parabola, which increases the irradiation on the plastic material and restricts the loss of heat. In case of emergency or in case of an eccessive deflection of the sheet, controlled by a safety photocell, the heating panels goes away from the sheet.
The up and down stroke of the moving plate system is compact type, both in TLSP and in TLSM version, and this technology allows not only the elimination of the pit but also the possibility of working without a footboard.
The mould changeover is executed from the bottom on the front side of the machine; for this operation it has been planned proper doors and a system (automatic upon request) to make the mould changing operations easier.
Also the sheets loading and the moulded parts unloading are executed on the front side of the machine.
The forming takes place through vacuum with the possibility of adjusting the bubble height and of activating the plug assit.
The basic machine can be completed with additional accessories, such as automatic loading and unloading devices for the mould changing or pressure forming with pre-nicking.
The application fields range from the household items (refrigerators liners and innerdoors) to the sanitary, automotive, suitcases, shaped panels, road signs, etc.
