MOULDS
Together with the thermoforming machine, we can offer moulds capable to assure the highest product quality and the maximum production rate.
The design engineering and manufacture of the moulds are carried out carefully by our staff who can boast a long-time experience in this sector, so to ensure the highest preformances with the moulds to be mounted in our machines during the try-out.
Normally our moulds are made of alluminium, but according to the type of product and to the number of pireces to be manufactured, we can choose also more cheaper row material.
The mould is mounted on a base equipped with a universal interfacing platen which assures a fast changeover.
