PNEUMATIC VACUUM-FORMING MACHINE WITH AUTOMATIC LOADING AND UNLOADING SYSTEM – MODEL TLAP
The model TLAP represents the first evolution of the single station TLSP with manual loading and unloading.
Preserving all of the features of the pneumatic thermoforming machine, this model contains an automatic system for the sheet loading from the pile and an automatic system for the moulded piece unloading from the working station: also this systems have pneumatic movements.
The basic version of this model has one loading station and one unloading station but, on request, it is possible to double both the stations, with consequent further decreasing of the time needed to the machine operator to manage the production.
For its techncial features this model is advised for those productions that are not particurary technically binding and with at least medium quantities, in those cases in which the cost of the manpower is rather significant.
