PNEUMATIC THERMOFORMING MACHINE WITH PRE-HEATING STATION – MODEL TLCP
The model TLCP represents a further evolution of the thermoforming machine with automatic loading and unloading system TLAP.
Preserving all of the features of the pneumatic thermoforming machine, this model contains not only an automatic system for the sheet loading from the pile and an automatic system for the moulded piece unloading from the working station, also this systems have pneumatic movements, but also one heating station more, which allows both to accelerate the working speed, especially with thick plastic materials, and to better heat the plastic material in the centre and therefore to obtain a better quality of the final product.
The basic version of this model has one loading station and one unloading station but, on request, it is possible to double both the stations, with consequent further decreasing of the time needed to the machine operator to manage the production.
For its techncial features this model is advised for those productions that are mot very technically binding and with at least medium-big quantities, in those cases in which the cost of the manpower is rather significant.
