VACUUM-FORMING MACHINE SINGLE STATION ELECTROMECHANIC – MODEL TLSM
From a technical point of view this version of the type TLS represents a true element of innovation, regarding performances and reliability in the production of thermoforming pieces from palstic sheets.
This machine is not only activated electromechanically in all its movements, but its drives are also equipped with a couple, a speed and a retroaction control, thanks to powerful and flexible drives, coming directly from the tooling machine experience, so to control all working parameters of the machines in the best way.
This new technology allows a big forming force together with a high regulation range, granting a constant pressure between sheet and mould even if the edge conditions change, so like very smooth movements. It makes also possible to use low pollution materials and reduced maintenance costs.
For its techncial features this model is advised for any type of production, particulary for extreme and intensive applications (i.e. refrigerator liner and cabinets) and to the companies whose job is to make production for third account.
